Please give us a short biography of 150 words or less telling about yourself, your position, and your ministry, along with a photo. We will compile them together and make them available to delegates to enable greater interaction while you are here. 

Conference Fee

The conference fee is 250 € per participant.

Please note that transfer and exchange fees are an additional cost or at your own expense. The conference fee covers several meals, including the gala dinner, and some items contained in the welcome bag.

For U.S. personnel, the conference fee is not reimbursable as a separate expense on your travel voucher. You will be “reimbursed” by claiming full per diem for your meals. The current M&IE rate for Brussels is $166 per day.
